What is the onboarding process for Fractional Services?

  • A discovery conversation is held to fully understand the needs of your team. Pricing structure is determined and shared.
  • You'll meet the fractional specialist selected as the best fit for your situation.
  • An agreement is presented detailing the terms of the engagement.
  • Your Fractional Specialist will begin work on the specified date.
  • TSG-HR will check in at the one-week mark, at the 30-day mark and then every three months, to assure your satisfaction.

Payment is received via credit card or ACH, billed on the first of each month.

There is no setup fee or future assessment fee.  TSG-HR's costs are flat, fixed fees with no hidden fees. The price quoted is the price paid.
